This website (hereinafter referred to as "we”, ”us”, ”website”") is owned and managed by BALKAN SCENTS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as BALKAN SCENTS SRL), with headquarters in Bucharest, Intrarea Parului 30.

- Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.2 Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

- Use
9.1. We ask each registered user to act honestly and ethically when using the site. We cannot be sure that all information provided by registered users is current and correct. It is your responsibility to register and maintain a correct Personal Profile so that you receive accurate information through the website www.necalliperfumes.com
- Product prices - All prices on this website are expressed in LEI and include VAT. *RIDICULOUS PRICE* The seller will make every effort to provide correct information regarding the price and features of the products. Some features and/or prices may be wrong due to technical/human error. If the Customer places an order where the product has the wrong price, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.
According to Art. 1665 of the New Code of Civil Procedure:
"The fictitious price and the ridiculous price
(1) The sale is voidable when the price is set without the intention of being paid.
(2) Also, if the law does not provide otherwise, the sale is voidable when the price is so disproportionate to the value of the good, that it is obvious that the parties did not want to consent to a sale."
- Order confirmation
All orders placed online on www.necalliperfumes.com will be confirmed by e-mail, at the e-mail address noted in the order.
From the moment the Customer completes the order on the website, it is considered that he/she/them/other has knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the respective Order and, in particular, the Terms and Conditions, as well as the fact that the said Order implies a payment obligation on his part, the prices, the volumes, the characteristics, quantities and delivery term of the products sold and ordered.
- Delivery of products
On the territory of Romania and the European Union, the delivery is made by fast courier the processing and shipping operations are free. In Romania, the delivery is made in a maximum of 3 working days from the confirmation of the order, to the address or pick-up point specified by the customer.
On the territory of other countries in the European Union, the standard delivery is made by specific courier services and it is free.
Attention: We reserve the right to stop sending orders to people who have not fulfilled their pecuniary or other obligations towards BALKANSCENTS SRL. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, made by the partner courier companies, your order will be considered cancelled.
- Method of payment
Online (with the card), through the authorized online payment platform.
- Promotions and contests
We establish the regulations of the promotions and contests we organize. These regulations are made known to potential participants only through our website. Only those orders that strictly comply with the rules displayed on the website benefit from promotions. Also, the promotions only apply to orders that are registered by the company during the period of time in which the promotion is valid and only within the limit of available stock.
During a discount campaign, DISCOUNTS ARE NOT CUMULATED, the discount with the highest value will be applied. We may cancel a promotion or contest without prior notice.
- Return of products
The consumer can request the return of the products in the following situations:
Product that does not comply with the specifications on the website. If the ordered product turns out not to comply with the specifications in our offer, the Consumer can request its return for replacement or full reimbursement. If the replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this situation, the return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by BALKAN SCENTS SRL.
Products that were delivered incorrectly. The delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the Consumer will refuse reception. The consumer can request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he/she/them/other can opt for replacement or full reimbursement of the consideration. If the replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this situation, the return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by BALKAN SCENTS SRL.
The products can be returned in maximum 10 working days after receipt through postal or courier services.
- Abandoning the purchase
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase/order, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, according to GEO 34/2014.
To analyze the return/replacement request, the customer will complete the return form and send it to the e-mail address office@necalliperfumes.com, after which they will receive a response from BALKAN SCENTS SRL within a maximum of 3 working days.
In the case of requesting another product, the price difference will be paid, if the product is more expensive. In the event that the customer opts for a cheaper product, the customer will receive the difference, according to the return methods mentioned in GEO 34/2014. BALKANS SCENTS SRL will send the requested product for exchange only after the Customer has returned the initially purchased product, if it meets the return conditions according to GEO 34/2014. The reimbursement of the product value or, as the case may be, its replacement, will be done within 14 days at most, according to GEO 34/2014.
The return of the money or, as the case may be, the replacement of the products, cannot be carried out in the following cases:
If the products have a seal, and it has been opened. Unsealing it automatically leads to the loss of the warranty, according to the conditions mentioned by the manufacturer in the warranty certificate, as well as to the impossibility of being returned according to GEO 34/2014.
The condition of the purchased products must be the same at the time of reception:
- the product's original packaging
- complete accessories
- original sealed consumables
- documents related to the purchase (instructions for use, warranty certificate, fiscal documents)
In the case of products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized;
In the case of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
In the case of products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
The professional reserves the right that, at the time of receiving the product from the customer, if it is found that the product no longer has the same characteristics as at the time of purchase: aesthetic, functional or sealed consumables, according to GEO 34/2014, to prove the decrease in the value of the resulting products different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products or to request the expertise and cost estimate from the unit authorized by the supplier to restore the product to its original state.
These provisions apply according to OUG34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.
Note: In any situation of returning the products, they must be in the same condition, in the original packaging and box, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, warranty certificates, etc.).
In all cases of returning/replacing products as a result of canceling the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer. Refusal to buy repeatedly may be considered an abuse.
If non-compliance is found for the product during the warranty period, reparative measures will be ordered in compliance with OG 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and other legal provisions in force.
It is necessary to send our products through a fast courier company, respecting the following indications:
- pack the products you want to send to us (you can use the packaging sent by us) and mention the return ID on the outside of the package (you will receive it when you notify the operator that you want to return a product) or the invoice number from which come
- parcels are sent to BALKAN SCENTS SRL at the address Intrarea Părului 30, bl 59BIS, sc. 2, ap 51, Sector 3, Bucharest.
For administrative reasons, you must send the returned products without opting for the refund service.
RETURNED PRODUCTS DO NOT COMPENSATE AN ORDER PLACED LATER. THE COUNTERVALUE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE PAID IN YOUR ACCOUNT. IN THE RETURN SECTION WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TERM, AND THE NEW ORDER WILL BE PAID IN FULL UPON DELIVERY.
IMPORTANT:
Parcels that:
- were sent without completing the return form.
- have the refund amount mentioned on the shipping label
- do not have the elements necessary to identify the return written on the packaging (return ID, name of the beneficiary of the invoice)
Products damaged during transport as a result of improper packaging in the case of a product return will not be accepted, and the courier costs are borne by you.
Return of the product with a refund of its value, within 14 days according to GEO34/2014. In case of cancellation of the purchase, we will refund the value of the product or products, with the exception of delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. However, please note that we can delay the refund until the date we receive the products back or until the time you provide us with proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is the closest.
The technical specifications, pictures, prices or pictures of the products present on this website are for informational purposes and can be changed without prior notice, and BALKAN SCENTS SRL does not assume any responsibility for the changes that may occur. The promotions presented on the website are valid during the mentioned time period and within the limit of the available stock. - Product warranty
All the products sold by our website benefit from the legal guarantees regarding the conformity of the products. The products are new and come from sources authorized by each individual manufacturer.
- Limitation of liability
We will not be responsible for: any kind of damage (direct, indirect, accidental or not) resulting from the use or inability to use the information presented on the site and any type of errors or omissions in the content that may lead to any kind of losses . The information may be reproduced by printing for personal use only. The information cannot be reproduced, distributed or transmitted to another person or incorporated in any way in another document or material without the prior written permission of their authors.
- Fraud

We disclaim responsibility for any situation that may arise due to software errors or technical failures on the server.
